Great hotel with stunning views. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Room 534 has a fantastic view from the shower. Yes the towels in the bathroom are different, but travel is all about new experiences & embracing change. More

This is my second visit to the hotel and it was just as lovely as last time. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are experts on what to do and see in the area and have a lot of really useful advice on walking, buses and trips. The view from every... More

This was our second stay at this beautiful hotel. We came back because of the great views, nice rooms and, most of all, the excellent staff. There is also a nice restaurant with one of the best views on the Amalfi coast. We were even more pleased our second visit. Finally, the steps are a part of the Positano life... More

This hotel it's just beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and with a perfect view from the top of the mountains down to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. Getting to the hotel you will have to take the steppes, no other way to get there, so wear comfy shoes. Food is great. Romance? Come to this hotel! More

Staff is friendly, and really eager to help if you need directions. The receptionist pointed out a restaurant right around the corner when we asked for pizza... it was great!!! Its call Il Fourno (or something like that!) The breakfast was good, not great pastries but good ham and cheese and the best coffee ever! Terrazas are a little smaller... More

We stayed for 3 days in early January 2012 and it was wonderful! The staff is friendly and helpful and our room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast they serve on the terrace is the best we`d had in 6 countries. The only minor dissapointment were that the towels were more like tablecloths. Views are AMAZING and I`d never seen... This was our favorite spot in our entire trip--you open the window, and it takes your breath away. Before you stretches the beautiful town, the beach, the sea. We loved our breakfast up on the terrace, and felt very pampered and well-fed. The climb is tough--start getting in shape now. But the staff helped us haul our luggage up, so... More

Excellent service and fabulous views. Not the cheapest stays, and the room wasn't worth 110E in my opinion but none the less a fabulous weekend in a beautiful town. More
