I stayed at the Hotel Patria in late October and was wonderfully pleased with the elegance and modern accomodations. The multilingual staff were very friendly and helpful and I felt truly pampered. Great location for walking around the city and close to the train station for any day trips to Florence or Lucca. I would highly recommend this Hotel!

It was quaint and clean and the service was excellent. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. Pistoia was such a nice change from the busier larger cities. It is small enough to walk anywhere we wanted to go - whether it was dinner or a city stroll. Patria was located very close to the square, shopping and restaurants.... More

We loved this hotel, just happening upon it. Free parking within a designated area, with a parking slip from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely rooms.Very quiet at night, and so close to many restaurants. Easy walking. We enjoyed it so much, stayed another night.

Beautifully renovated hotel; seldom seen such tastefully fitted out rooms. Attention was given to every last detail. Centrally located in Pistoia (in a pedestrian area). Beautiful, quiet and clean with very very helpful staff. Everything worked, the beds were comfortable, the bath sparkling clean and the street very quiet at night. Stay a day or two in Pistoia and commute to Florence by train....
