Torre di Catilina is located a few kilometres north of Pistoia on the road to Bologna, uphill. From the swimming pool area you have lovely views over a side valley. I booked this accommodation last minute on the web. Got it including flights from Ireland for €580 per person and that included car hire (which I think is essential!).
