We were firstly wrongly directed to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, but there was no porterage, no assistance with baggage up the steps to the reception. Our room was small, poorly furnished, with a tiny window opening on to our balcony. Towels were inadequate, small and thin - one was torn. Request for extra towels was fulfilled...
