Stayed here for four nights during a walking tour of Tuscany. This was a quaint hotel just steps from the main square with shopping, restaurants, and thermal spas closeby. The room was a bit old and worn, but it was clean and the staff bent over backward to make our stay enjoyable.

The Hotel is accessible to most attractions and shopping at beautiful stores. We felt we were really in Italy. The room was neat and attractive as were the common areas. The food service is exceptional and the food staff very accomodating. The manager Giovanni Fabbrico was very kind and helpful with all necessary questions and needs. (parking, eating and more)

We only spent one night here but I have to say the location to most attractions was great. Nice friendly staff and breakfast was terrific! The pool and terrace was really small. (pictures are deceiving)
