Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Ideal location with bus stop outside hotel to venice. Good breakfast, with plenty of choice, however, the evening menu was very limited. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed. Bar staff most helpful, would recommend and defiantly be returning.
