A handy place to stopover if visiting or passing through Venice. Friendly, helpful, close to stop for direct airport bus (around 400m away). Clean and quiet, good breakfast and close to bus stop to get into or out from Venice itself. Likely to stay there next time we are heading for a cruise boat.
