Location is great, near bus statiton to Venezeia. Free parking at hotel. Very kind staff. Nice room with aircondition and clean bathroom. Receptionist show as how to get to Venezia. At hotel you can buy a ticket to Venezia and back, or daily tickets for bus and boats. Perfect location.

Fantastic receptionist`s, 200 m from BUS station to Venice, you can buy tickets for BUS and Boat taxi at hotel. 1.3 euro (one way) & 7 euro (boat 60mins) per person....Perfect location and free parking. Highly recommend if you want to visit Venice.

We stayed there for one night in the hotel and it was a very good experience with a very nice indian restaurant just next to it. It would have been better if they would have provided some more electrical sockets. There was only one socket which was also in the bathroom. :( which was disappointing.
