Pleasant Bed and Breakfast located in Mestre the mainland suburb of Venice. The owner is pleasant and helpful and gave information on how everything works, where to buy bus tickets as well as where the local supermarket was, if I needed to buy anything. This property is located on a quiet side street, 100 paces off the main street of Piave. The #2 bus takes you right into Venice in 15 minutes. The owner is a most pleasant man who speaks a wonderful British English. The room we had was spacious and well-appointed. Everything was so clean. The breakfast is served in the cafe... More
