The staff at all levels were polite, helpful, and generous with the ' second helpings'. The domestic staff were particularly efficient. The cleanliness of the room, and the public areas, would have done the Grosvenor Hotel in London proud. Well done everyone for a most enjoyable stay.( Rm.105).
