The front is promising, painted well, but the state of the interior,e.g. the elevator and the corridor floors is poorly, dirty and shabby. The room was painted in a disgustingly blue. To keep the flies out? Impossible to have the window open because of the traffic noise. The airco needed to be constant on because of a permanent hot piece...
