hotel augustus has poor rooms, furnishment is old style. breakfast is good, positon is ok, just close to city center and walls.

Have stayed here several times. Located just outside the old town's fortified walls. The public areas are welcoming, clean, and well appointed. Staff are professional and friendly but most of the staff tend to speak only Italian which is surprising for a business hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights. We took 1 double room and 1 triple room. My family liked it. The hotel location is perfect. City center is not far. Rooms were good and spacious. Stayed recently at the Augustus, the hotel offers a standard service, this is not a 4 star property, 3 star at best., Room and washroom were small, staff was all right but not very friendly. The hotel location is good, centrally located in Fano and not too far from beach and main Square. I would not return to this propertty.
