This is an hotel with an unique location and good service from the people at reception that try to do all their best to help guests. Anyway, in order to be considered a four stars rooms should be renovated and the service at breakfast improved.

This is basically a good hotel, but we did not enjoy our visit. For the beginning of October, the weather was still very hot, and the hotel turns off the air conditioning in the bedrooms at night. Excellent hotel waterfront located. Staff is very kind and restaurant is excellent. Also rooms seems "brand new". To travel to Venice, is easy ue to the ferry departs in front of the hotel. As a bad point, internet service isn´t good.
