We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights on Apr 2013. The room was okay and clean, hot showers but we didn't like the miserliness almost in everything. They didn't add soap or the tiny shampoo bags... - You must use them to the end, otherwise they will not be replaced... The very same with the toilet paper... Towels are... More

good day, the misery to which she refers in his polite email not depends to the hotel. Everything has been agreed with the tourist agency on the basis of the same budget. Every day we provided a soap and a shampoo per person, breakfast was at the plate with 1 croissant, 1 egg, fontina cheese, burrino, jam, 1 sandwich, in... More

The hotel is 3 star, and our room was clean, warm and spacious-in fact, we had a single as well as our double bed, and there was still plenty of room. The bathroom was immaculate and the shower strong, hairdryer was a bit pathetic and would probably be best to take your own. No kettle in room, but there is... More

We stayed at this hotel for a week and honestly have to say it was a very enjoyable experience. The manager, Luca, did everything possible to make us feel comfortable, the rooms were clean, food was fine and free wi-fi. It is and ideal place to stay to visit Tuscany. We could not fault the hotel except it would have... More

The waiting staff were very hard working especially one who lived in the medieval village and came from Romania. She was up early every morning to see us off on our day excursions and was there every evening too. The wine and other drinks were extremely expensive. We had great value meals with plenty of courses at each meal so... More

My wife and I stayed for seven nights at the Aggravi Hotel in September. We were based in Chiancano and made several trips to Rome, Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, etc. I was a little concerned after reading a review about this hotel but when we arrived it couldn't have been more different from what had been written. My wife doesn't eat... More

Stayed 7 nights in the Aggravi Hotel, Chianciano, in September 2011. We found it to be a modern, clean and very hospitable hotel. We received excellent service and had a clean comfortable bedroom with shower, wc, bidet and washbasin. Air conditioning in the bedroom was quiet and controlled using a remote control that we obtained from reception at no extra... More

We were on a group holiday. The menu was very limited. No choice was available so if you didn't like the dish served, you didn't eat. No fresh fruit.
