Very poor level of service in the hotel, especially the dining room. The hotel could do with some refurbishment. Apart from the main town Spa, the place was very quiet, saved by some live music and dancing in the square at night. We had some excellent trips to Rome, Siena and Florence with Ennio, and excellent Roman tour guide.

The hotel is an old run down hotel in the heart of Chiciano where there are no English speaking staff . It is like going into a funeral parlour, no atmosphere, cobwebs, smelly drains, one lift to all six floors, no attendance from porter for people on their own with luggage, torn carpets in hallways, stains from dampness on wallpaper.... The staff is nice, the hotel is ugly, the rooms are big but ugly, the gym is ugly, the inside pool is beautiful and the lobby is fine. The internet only works at the lobby area. We have dinner at an excellent restaurant called L´Assessino.
