We got the recommendation from lonely planet. But will be contacting them to let them know the staff AREN'T helpful. The bathroom is a safety hazard. As others have stated, the rooms tend to be small and dark and the staff indifferent, even surly. The location is good and the rooftop terrace is wonderful, but I would not recommend this hotel.
