Just came back from here and apart from the views it's not a good place to stay. I can only reiterate what the other bad comments on this website have written. No kettle no iron, you can pick the safe up & walk out with it you want. staff ain't bothered, they can't speak english. It's £6 for a cup... More

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in anywhere in the world. This hotel was part of a NEWMARKET HOLIDAYS package. The staff were present but seemed totally uninterested & untrained to deal with the clientele, the receptionist was more interested in her Facebook page than the customers, the bar was closed for the duration of our stay, no lounge...
