If you are looking for a full service or friendly, quaint hotel in the Dolomites, do NOT stay at Goldenes Rossl. The hotel is also known in Italian as 'Cavallion d'Oro'. The reservationist (who turned out to be the manager, Anna Stolz) failed to mentioned until the day prior to our arrival that the entire hotel staff had vacation days.... More
