“Nice hotel, but took money before stay”

I booked this several weeks before my stay and was supposed to pay on leaving, however they charged my card straight away. When I attempted to get the money back they were incredibly difficult about it. In the end it was getting so close to the stay I Agreed to leave it and take a free meal in the hotel... More
