We stayed one night in May, 2012 and found the hotel very, very nice. Beautiful gardens, outstandingly friendly front desk staff, free WiFi, good breakfast and our room had a panoramic view of the Valley of the Temples, illuminated at night. Friendly dog in the parking lot too! We had a little trouble following the web site directions to find... More

It was an enormous experience being in Sicily to see all the historical places, ruins, valleys, bridges, villages, architecture and Etna volcano of course. The hotel has fantastic location, beautiful view to the temple, the hotel has everything needed for an extremely pleasant vacation: cleanliness, outstanding service, nice and comfortable room, well-equipped, wide selection of breakfast and delicious food made... We spent 3 days in Agrigento which was 2 days to long. You can visit Valley of Temples which is beautiful and museum in one day. The Colleverde Hotel was clean and breakfast good. Dinner food was also good. Room and bathroom adequate. Location is walking distance from temples. Parking and WiFi good. Hotel staff alittle stuffy but okay. Excellent... More

This is a good group tour hotel. You can see the temples from the property. The rooms are clean and the breakfeast is good.

I'm not reviewing as a guest but as a grateful tourist. I traveled three hours by bus from Catania to Agrigento with the intent of seeing the Valley of the Temples. Per information from a website (http://www.valleyofthetemples.com/Visitagrigento.htm), there was supposed to be a guided tour that picked up from CPH at 10:15 a.m. Imagine my disappointment to hear that this... This was a great find. Hotel rooms do need updating they need TLC but the lounge areas were fantastic as was the breakfast area. The selection of breakfast was great. The staff was friendly especially Giuseppe who looked after the bar and was also a waiter in dining room. Agrigento was not my favourite part of Italy. Apart from the... More

CPH has a very good location, with spectacular views of the ruins. The front desk staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful to us, although service in the restaurant at breakfast was disinterested and the selection just acceptable. We had a junior suite which was fine. There were some visible dust bunnies under the wardrobe, but the bathroom was clean, if... More

Location of the hotel is excellent for the Valley of the Temples (though a long walk into town for restaurants) and our room was very clean and comfortable. Only niggle was that the air con was totally inefficient and the fridge pumped out a tremendous amount of heat into the room. Having said that, the fridge was very useful for... More

Our room was large and clean. The hotel is well-maintained, with its own parking. It is walking distance to the main archeological site, which is a plus because there is little parking at the site. If you stay in the main part of Agrigento I guess you would take a cab or bus. There are two trattoria across the street.

New hotel on hill overlooking ruins, just outside of town. Beautiful landscape and gardens on location, museum quality artwork in lobby, well appointed common areas. Rooms very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful. Excellent restaurant-before dinner, get an apertif and sit outside in comfortable rattan couches under canopy overlooking the gardens. Easy drive to ruins and town.
