Only one question - I wonder which organization was in charge of decision to grant this Hotel 4 stars!!!! may be there is some speccial systemin Italy? may be, but it is just an usal 2 star Hotel, and some wine at the lunch cannot change that.

The room and hall smell terrible. The room air conditioned didn't work and could not be regulated. The shower did not drain the water properly and the room had a step to go to the bathroom. The breakfast was OK although it does not have warm selections.
Definitely not a 5* hotel - maybe 3* ..but maybe. You will find in Greece a lot of beautiful hotels and sites. Avoid Alexandros Palace as much as you can.
This town is full of hotels. This is probably one of the worst. Front desk staff are overworked and as a result, not effective. This is a hotel I wouldn't recommend if you're planning to pay for full board /breakfast, lunch and dinner). It is poor. It's tasteless. It looks depressing. To think that Itlay is a food country.... then this hotel stands out due to its awful food! I have eaten so much better in Italy of course!
