Hotel had great service but location was not the best. Good internet, roms were clean and nice. Service was great. I was there only one night. I had a pleasant stay. I would recommend people to stay there.

All five stars hotels in Oman are very expemsive, but this four stars hotel is perfect. the hotel is small but the service is five stars. I found the hotel v. v. very clean, and the room and bath room perfect, highly recommaded. Esam.

It was a wonderful experience staying at The Platinum.Very clean and good looking hotel with a unique look.The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend Platinum to anybody who plans to visit muscat.

Hotel was neat; tidy and comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi were nice however it closes early around 8.30pm. Staff are friendly but are of no help with regards to advising on local attractions. Breakfast was just above average. BEWARE OF ADDITIONAL TAXES ON YOUR BILL!!!
