We stayed in the small gite next to the main B&B - small but perfectly formed it was everything you'd want for a short stay. A cosy wood-burner, good DVDs and a large, comfortable sofa (something a lot of places lack) and perfectly functioning kitchen and bathroom. We loved it! More

In the middle of Cathar Country, Chez Dyna is the perfect base from which to explore the area. It is close to Carcassonne and the Mediterranean coast is only a 40 minute drive. Surrounded by other historic villages, in the heart of the Limoux wine growing area, Chez Dyna is a wonderful retreat. Hosts Geoff and Lin could not be... More

We have stayed here for the past two years and the genuine hospitality, charming rooms and delicious home-cooked food will keep us coming back. Nothing is too much trouble for Geoff and Lyn; the house is lovingly restored, the garden naturally a wonderful place for an al-fresco meal. The area is gorgeous, locals friendly and I would say this is... More

If you look for a very nice place with French/English ambience and in the areas of Limoux, Castelnaudry and Carcassonne this is it! Good value for money. More

We selected Chez Dyna from the internet, based on reviews and recommendations. It was a convenient stopover on our drive from Spain back to the channel ports, and gave us the opportunity to stay in this part of the Langedoc which we had never visited before. Alaigne is delightful, and the property is right in the heart of the village.... More

We stayed in this charming B&B for three nights recently and it could not have been more perfect. Lynn and Geoff are wonderful hosts. We sampled their four course candlelit dinner in the garden along with four friends and it was superb - a truly memorable evening. Our room was beautiful with views across open countryside. Everything was spotless. Our... More

We spent 4 nights at this super-relaxing chambre d'hôtes in the sleepy village of Alaigne. We were guests at a wedding a couple of villages away and needed a base for the weekend. Chez Dyna turned out to be the perfect option. Lin & Geoff were the perfect hosts, very friendly, considerate and couldn't do enough to help us with... More

We spent five nights in this charming bed and breakfast in the beautiful, quiet medieval village of Alaigne. The building is 18th Century, with three large, individually decorated rooms. It is very quiet at night-- except for the nightingales. The owners are a British couple who prepare excellent breakfasts and can offer advice on things to do and places to... More

The hosts Lynne and Geoffrey were wonderful hosts, They were ever so helpful and kind. It is a very small village in rural France set amongst vineyards where you can visit and taste wines. It is very near Carcasonne a beautiful medieval walled city with fantastic food!! My friends rented the `^gite´which had a real fireplace, and with our permission... More
