Ca'Palazzo is a paesino, a small village, the oldest part probably dates from 1200. On Ca'Palazzo lived and worked several farming families. Through the ages, the several parts of the houses are build and a chapel in 1807 completed it. Ca'Palazzo is on the last ridge of the Apennines with a magnificent view on the mountains Monte Catria, Monte Petrano, Monte Nerone and Monte Acuto. Ca'Palazzo has a large pool of 18 to 7 meters and 450 m2 terraces overlooking the mountains. In the spring and autumn is the pool heated by solar panels. The cozy restaurant with professional kitchen, is restored with great care back into more or less the original state with original floral motifs on the walls. The space can accommodate over 28 persons. In total there are 10 apartments of different sizes with a total of 16 individual bedrooms. Almost every bedroom has its own bathroom. Each apartment has a kitchen and a spacious private terrace direct near the entrance of the apartment. We have been involved to give you extra peace of your space to enjoy. All floors are equipped with isolation. Furthermore, the old materials as far as possible, are reused. The old atmosphere is largely retained, while contemporary luxury is brought in.
