Friendly staff, warm and welcoming, safe enviroment. Beefeater was expensive!! Overall good value for money. Could do with microwave in rooms for Babies/children.

Have stayed at this hotel for a few days in April last year and May this year. Extremely friendly and comfortable. Lovely food. Family friendly. Felt very safe at the hotel, A little outside the town centre. Staff very good and helpful. Plan to go back.

Breakfast Brilliant attached to Beefeater which is nice - near a main road but did not hear traffic 25 min walk to town though but we did not mind that as we like walking. nice comfy beds but do not expect to attach any electronic devices to the TV, they have all been fixed to the walls.

The staff were untrained, room was noisy and the breakfast was not hot despite being sent back 3 times.

The hotel room was clean and the furniture new. Both the room and the bathroom was spacious.The hotel offers free wi-fi every day for 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and the nearby restaurant was good value.
