We have stayed for a weekend in Dec. 2011 and got a warm and friendly welcome. Room was nice and cozy and the breakfast was excellent. It is easy to get to London from there. Ronnie and Bill are very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed at Austens Cottage the night before my wedding in Sevenoaks and I couldn't have asked for a nicer start to my special day. They really looked after us and the rooms were lovely to get ready in. Very highly recommended B&B and lovely people.

Ronnie and Bill is an excellent couple with a kind and loving heart.They are extremely helpful and caring and treat us like family. We enjoyed our stay with them and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and all the little things they prepared for us. We'll certainly come back. Thank you Ronnie and Bill.

Stayed at Austens for 3 days and have already recommended it to friends. It is very comfortable and the hosts, Bill and Ronnie, make you feel like a friend. Breakfast is very elegantly laid out and better than most hotels.
