From the outside this former glorious hotel is in a sorry state with a scruffy weed infested car park, faded paintwork, and rusty 1980s fittings and signs. With the refurbishment of the Midland Hotel Morecambe is undergoing a revival. Les at the Park Hotel is contributing to this as well, having carefully restored part of what was once a grand 19th century hotel.
