We were lucky enough to have a sunny day, what a view over the valleys. The room had plenty of space and the beds comfy. Although out of the way I think it adds to its charm.

Stayed here last night [8th May] for our anniversary. We were lucky in that we had been given a Groupon voucher for a stay here as a Xmas present, so chose this date especially. Firstly, the situation is idylic being on top of a mountain surrounded by lovely hills and countryside. Parking easy, reception friendly and helpful. We were given...

We stayed here on a Sunday evening - it was very quiet and we felt like a bit of an inconvenience. When we arrived there was no one to be found on the reception desk, we rang the bell and waited, there was a lot of noise coming from the dining room so I went to investigate only to find...

Decided to try this establishment as I heard some good reports. Unfortunately, my visist for Sunday Lunch was disappointing. The service was very good and attentive and I cannot fault that at all, but they were let down by the roast beef meal served. The soup starter was small, in a bowl similar to cup-a soup, and although the main...

A very grand 3 star hotel that should be a 4 star, resembling a small country house, rooms were of a very superior standard, full service with menu, all mod cons and plenty of tea and coffee in the room, ideal for offical receptions and weddings, marvelous panoramic views of the welsh hills for 380 degrees around the hotel, I...

We recently went to Llechwen Hall as a family for sunday lunch on Easter Sunday. Upon arrival we were greated by the lovely Leanne who asked if the children in our group would like to take part in their Easter egg hunt (something we were not expecting) The children were so excited and it was such a lovely touch to...

this is the second time I have been to the restaurant for an evening meal with work colleagues. It did not disappoint and the food was excellent and the service was very good. The food was well presented and cooked and arrived hot. There was a large group but none of us was kept waiting. Definitely a place to try.
I'm amazed at the positive reviews of this place. It's like Fawlty Towers. The reception is threadbare and the whole place should have been refurbished about 30 years ago. The staff, whilst pleasant, clearly don't really give a monkeys and have no idea about customer service. My room didn't have a remote for the TV and when I asked for...
