Great location for Stirling Castle - and within walking distance from town/bars/restaurants. I didnt manage to eat at the hotel but those who did would recommend it. Bar staff attentive and went the extra mile to serve different cocktails! Check out was slow and rooms are rather average

The visit was for a quick business stop over and it turned out to be a sheer delight. The reason was because the food in the restaurant was wonderful, small in quantity, so not for those who like hearty nosh, but delicate, devine and I felt like Prue Leith tasting the delights of culinary expertise.

This is an excellent hotel. The food is good (If a little "Cheffy") and needs a few more carbohydrates.(i.e. vegetables).
