Great communication and a friendly hospitable host, together with a room upgrade to a self contained flat made this a very pleasant one night stay. Add reasonable car parking rates and transfer to the airport you can't go far wrong with the Ambers. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast (full English) was very good. Clean and comfortable, with friendly owner. Nearby pub (Ye Olde Six Bells ) had good food for an evening meal and cosy log fire. Nice breakfast and swift transfer to airport. Would definately stay here again. More

Stayed one night before flight from Gatwick. Very friendly welcome. Room fine for one night. Didnt have breakfast as flight was early but was kindly offered it on our return home. Did not stop for it as we wanted to just get on our way home. Good transfers both ways. Would use again More

Had an ocasion to stay at the Ambers on a flight stop-over at Gatwick. The shuttle service, full English brealfast, and clean efficient rooms made it great value for the money. There is a Pub within easy walking distance. Would stay there again with no hesitation of recommendations. The only negative was the meeting/sitting area for guesta is quite limited. More

This guest house rates second to none. It is spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and welcoming. They coped with my late arrival due to plane delat without a hitch. The breakfast was well cooked, and every taste is catered for. I would definitely stay there again. More
