Having pre-booked by phone, we were processed quickly and politely. After a long tiring flight all we wanted was a room with a comfortable bed and a quiet night. That is what was promised and that is what we got.

Stayed here for 3 nights. All parts were quite good except for the limited wifi(30 mins/day) and no fringe. Their wifi package counted from the starting time, not actual usage which was meaningless for us. Even though their restaurant's food was so yummy, we chose to eat McDonalds for the latter 2 nights coz they provided 2hrs free wifi!

Terrible experience. Had a 6.20 flight out of T5. Parking at hotel costs £12 a night. Not acceptable Hotel is a 3 mile drive to T5. I wouldn't define that as 'at T5' Room temperature.
