Stayed at this Premier Inn overnight for a business trip and ate in the restaurant which was remarkably good. The team was attentive and helpful, and in spite of the small bar and restaurant we had a good evening. The rooms were the usual Premier Inn rooms, clean and functional.

Very clean room,I've stopped in some big London hotels,but this premier inn beats them for cleanliness and such friendly staff,our waitress Charlie was so helpful and friendly.the choice of food was a huge variety,and cooked to perfection,we had to leave at 5.30 am,and the staff at reception were still jolly and helpful.

We stopped here to catch a 7am flight from Heathrow. It was clean & tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also much quieter than you might think, given that it's right next to the M4 and Heathrow.

Lovely gentleman at reception, friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Room was clean, as was the bathroom. But it was so cold. Little dated but the service is okay and there is a shuttle bus for the air port Small dinning area and bar staff very pleasant Would try the premier at bath road for a change get a return ticket on the shuttle it is a little cheaper
