Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel or the room for the price - about £40. You can get to the hotel using the free TFL buses which are frequent and convenient. We used the hotel for an early morning flight and would have no hesitation in using it again.

Stayed in many ibis and this was our first time we ate in the restaurant . Service was bad throughout although the food was good. Other then that our sty was good and was in a good location to get to airport

Room was cheap, but not a good value. It was the smallest room we have ever had in 40+ years of traveling. Made the overnight stay unpleasant. Clean. After having spent two weeks in inexpensive Portugal the price for a sandwich and beer were jaw dropping.

We were given a room which didn't have proper locking doors .. Even the cooling system wasn't so effective .. However cleanliness and hygiene was very good... They really need to improve room service .. Would suggest people togo for it if they want a comfortable clean place to stay

This hotel is close to the Heathrow Airport and easily accessed by the Hoppa bus. We found it to be clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. The room was small, but for a stop before flying out of London, it was very adequate. The value for cost was excellent. We will stay there again.
