Good location.added bonus of own car park. That's all I can say positive, apart from breakfast was Nice. We had family room, the room smelt of damp, the entrance should have spoken volumes, the windows are so dirty you can't see out of them, even though we had nice view, some windows on room were broke, cob webs hanging from... Stayed here overnight Friday-Saturday in May. Our room (3) had fab views over South Beach and out to Caldey Island. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Tenby walled town and has its own private parking. Room was spacious, clean and had everything you need. If you like luxury then don't book, this doesn't mean that the hotel is not... More

No welcome/had to find our own room to find that the room was very small and cramped. Not clean, dirty bath towel/ requested another. There are very few channels on tv (WHY NO BBC)! Breakfast ok. No evening meals provided so really it should not be listed as a hotel. There should also be more staff avaiible and someone on... More

"A historical and geographical view of Wales..." was the college study abroad themed class that I signed up for. There were 15 of us traveling from the US, all over Wales. Tenby was our second stop, for about 3 nights. A top a hill, you can see the ocean and all of the city. From the outside, Kinloch looks a... More

This hotel had a lovely room by far the largest we have stayed in as a family which we appreciated. No sea view from our room. Staff at arrival were lovely and very helpful. The TV in our room had a vey poor selection of channels - no BBC? Breakfast was ok perfectly fine but nothing to be impressed with.... More

The best thing about this place is its stunning location with fantastic seaview but only a short walk from the town centre. This is closely followed by the very friendly and helpful staff. Its a fantastic old house with lots of quirky features including the tiles in our ensuite (room no 3) and tiles in the dinning room. Yes it... More

The hotel was lovely, had everything in the room you'd need (towels, tea/coffee, tv). Had a limited view of the sea but still had a lovely view of Tenby. Room was warm and clean, breakfast was ample with cereals, juices and full english. Just a minute walk from Tenby centre so all in all a great stay.
