We have travelled many times to Ilfracombe and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The hotel is well placed with lovely views over the harbour and a short walk to the town centre. I stayed here at the beggining of the Devon coast to coast cycle trip.There was a Freindly landlady who gave us a very warm welcome. The room that we stayed in was quite snug as we had an extra bed but it was very clean and gave all the necessary requirments. A beautiful Victorian hotel, tastefully furnished, in a great location with wonderful views. The owner, Sharon, gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly. Stayed overnight for a lovely, sunny weekend in April. Great service, lovely comfy bed and cracking breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

i stayed for 3 nights with my wife and friend and cannot fault the place at all. the owners were very kind and the room was very comfortable.the sea views were fantastic and the breakfasts were delicious.wish we could have stayed longer and would definately come here again and recommend it to anybody.
