I stayed here with my partner and dog for a full week, using the guesthouse as a base for walking and touring the Highlands. The owners were very warm and welcoming, they went out of their way to help with places to eat an evening meal. Breakfast was very enjoyable and set you up for a days walking. The dog...

Stayed here to do some hillwalking for the weekend. Very warm welcome. Friendly service. Good sized room, nicely furnished, comfortable bed and spotless. Good information on local cafes and restaurants. Well situated for town facilities - store across the road will make up rolls for a picnic lunch. Good breakfast with quality ingredients. Can't fault it.
We stayed there for two nights and the first impression was a very warm wellcome and a lot of very nice tipps for dinner. We had a en suit double bedroom and both as very clean and very nice. The bed was confortable. The room was quite small but that was no problem, as we were travelling light there was...

Experience started with a wonderful welcome form Martin and Jen. Very helpful, nice to talk to, loads of insight tipps. Room was not too big, but cosy and full with goodies (biscuits, chocolates) as well as the bathroom had little shampoo and shower gel packs. Clean, fresh, feel good, be at home away from home.
Good breakfast with a wide...

Firstly we would like to mention the great elements of our 3 night stay. The room was not massive, it doesn't have to be, as it was very clean, and felt quite comfortable.

The room was fine. Not spacious, but enough and the bed was comfortable. The ensuite shower room was quite nice and there were loads of "goodies" like shower gels, shampoo etc. and a heated towel rail. The house is well positioned in the centre of the village so convenient for pubs, restaurants and shops. It's a quiet place so there...

My husband and i have recently returned from a 2 night stay at the Allt Gynack Guest House in Kingussie. It is very close to the Train Station which for us was a big plus. We had a en-suite room which provided us with clean and comfortable accomodation. Jen & Martin who are the proprietors made us feel very welcome...

We stayed at the Allt Gynack Guest House for three nights in the middle of June 2009. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The breakfast was superb and nothing was too much trouble for the owners. Their tips and...
