We had a lovely time here, we stayed five days and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning which was 5 star with much variety. Fresh eggs from the chickens, one morning we even had venison sausages, the black pudding was amazing. We liked to relax in the guest living room, open fire, tea and coffee facilities and very comfortable. We... More

Myself and 3 golf mad buddies have stayed here twice now and are coming up again this summer for more of the same fantastic, service, food, hospitality and relaxation that this highland hideaway has to offer. The hosts, Anne and Mark, are first class and go to great lengths to ensure your stay is enjoyable and memorable and the the village... More

I stumbled across this B&B on Laterooms whilst working in the surrounding area and booked in with little idea of what I would be letting myself in for. I couldn't have found a more fantastic place if I had tried! With its high ceilings and roaring log fire, this house is an absolute dream. I was even lucky enough to... More

A very belated review of this B&B after our stay last September ('11), with Jacob the labrador. This absolutely exceeded my expectations on every count and the breakfasts were amazing. The house is beautiful, and clearly well loved - the sort of place you feel immediately at home in. A huge and very comfortable four poster bed, as well as... More

What a gem of a B&B! Probably the best I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a few. Ann was very accomodating, even when I turned up with two dogs unexpectedly. I booked a single room and got a double four poster, which was very comfortable. Not ensuite (which is reflected in the price), but there were ample shared... More

My friend and I stayed at Greystones for 2 nights early September. Owners warm, friendly and helpful. Booked 2 single rooms and had the choice of 4 bedrooms ( double 4 poster, 2 large single beds in large room, single bed in single room and a double room) We shared 3 bathroom/shower rooms. Multi fuel burner in sitting room. Fabulous... More

The owners of this traditional Scottish bed and breakfast were charming, helpful and went out of thier way to ensure that our parties stay was pleasant and relaxing. Set in gorgeous surroundings, the owners worked hard to ensure that all the guests felt at home and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would reccomend this to anyone who... More

A late arrival in Kingussie (tourist board closed) so found Greystones by chance and glad we did. A beautiful Edwardian house with all the original features and loads of "stuff" to look at. Beautiful room with four poster bed (we were't expecting that). Shared bathrooms just outside the bedrooms so we made use of the supplied dressing gown. We went... More

Booked this B and B while visiting friends and attending a Family Christening. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted at the door by the owner, who was friendly and very helpful. He changed one of our party's rooms quickly on arrival as soon as he noticed her disability and gave them a downstairs room. Our fourposter bedroom... More

I was looking for a short getaway from work in Glasgow. I wanted a place that was quiet and relaxing, and also near some of the outdoor attractions in nearby Aviemore without staying among too many tourists. I found Greystones and must say it was a an exquisite find! I was warmly greeted by Ann, one of the owners, and... More
