The B&B was lovely. The owners were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the bedding fresh and the power showers were fantastic. My only complaint was the size of the breakfast. The food was delicious, but I'd expect a much larger cooked breakfast for £10 each. Only one small sausage each? Come on, you can do better than that!... More

I've had a pleasant two nights stay at Greystones. Quiet location, friendly and relaxed, sensibly priced. Recommended.

We stayed with 2 teenage girls and a dog for 2 nights in early August 2011. We all received an extremely friendly welcome, including from Doug, the Weimaraner. The rooms were large and comfortable, including one with a 4-poster bed. The situation is very quiet with lots of birdlife and red squirrels just outside. Bathrooms are shared but are of... More

I spent one night in this gorgeous house. I really appreciate the warm wellcoming of Anne and the beauty and peace of the place - I was lost on my way to get there (I have a VERY bad sens of orientation) and Anne even came to pick me up !!! - Big nice room for myself, beautifully decorated, 5... Third stay, and once again had a brilliant time. Anne and Mark are excellent hosts and always make us feel very welcome. A real home from home for us, didn't want to leave :( Loved seeing the squirrels again, so many other things to see and do in the area as well. Excellent base to travel around from. Very highly... My boyfriend and I stayed at Greystones for just one night, and we both wished we could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful and very clean, the location is calm and convenient, the owners were really nice and the breakfast was perfect. We loved our room and seriously regretted having to leave the comfy bed in the morning. All... More

Absolutely loved staying here, so peaceful and homely. Lovely friendly hosts, clean and comfortable rooms, with the added bonus of excellent squirrel, goat and bird photo opportunies. We liked it so much, we're booked in for a short break in August, couldn't resist it! What a treat, can't wait :)

Excellent good sized rooms and quiet location. Friendly and helpful host. Amazing breakfast, with eggs from the on-site chicken population - our daughter was totally fascinated. Would definitely stay here again.
