A well-run, clean and homely B+B. The owners were friendly and the breakfast was great.

Excellent service, warm helpful people, certainly will be back if we are in that area. Highly recommended. The packed luches were wonderful when we were out walking: nourishing, large, tasty!
A rather dated guest house, over priced in my opinion. Simply just 'Adequate' for the purpose and no more.
My husband and I were one of four couples who stayed at this guest house for only one evening. I do not speak for the others in the party. The room allocated to us was at the top of the house up a flight of narrow steep stairs. The shabby room was small and poorly funished with a mis-match of...

We booked a 2 night stay at this guest house, but were disappointed with the room. The only room I could book on the internet was a room with a four poster bed, we thought this would be nice as it is difficult for us to get away from work commitments and felt we were booking something special......big mistake !!!!...

Good clean and comfortable accommodation in a very well maintained house. Our host was friendly and helpful and breakfasts were excellent.

Good off street parking, which was a big consideration for us as we had a trailer with motorcycles on. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely Victorian property...

We stayed at this guest house while in Blairgowrie for a friend's wedding. We booked a family room and paid £75, which I think is a reasonable price for a Friday night in high season. It had a double and a single bed.
The owners let us check in early as we had to be at the venue for 2.00pm....

The room was quiet and spacious, looking out onto the leafy back garden, and the Ivybank's location is easy walking distance from the town centre, including the riverside walk alongside the River Ericht. Large and tasty breakfasts set us up for our days out exploring this attractive part of...

Attitude and service of owners was extremely disappointing. Rooms are adequate but overpriced. Food was fine but nothing special. Owners nickle and dime customers with lots of hidden fees (extra charges for paying by credit card, extra charges for children, etc).
Overall, the owners bad attitude towards their guests left a bad taste in our mouths and we would never...
