Comfortable enough but one of the owners - Kathy was very rude. The milk jar at breakfast had run out so my fiancee approached Kathy to asked for more. after repeatedly ignoring her she then angrily said "I'LL GET IN A MINUTE" the next day the breakfast was incorrectly served. I stayed in this hotel with my family (with 2 year old daughter) for 3 nights. It is a perfect, nice hotel to stay. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Good hospitality and good service. Helpful all the times. If I visit again, no doubt this would be by place to stay. More

When I arrived at the reception I looked for staff and waited in case anyone was coming but I couldn't see anyone. I then pressed the bell for assistance and Kathy (one of the owners) yelled angrily at me from behind a partition, 'alright, no need to ring the bell'. Towels were not changed during a four night stay , even when wet and left on the floor, floor not hoovered. Walls paper thin could hear snooring in next room. Owner was grumpy when told wrong breakfast was given and changed food from plate with her fingers. More

the room was quite large, better than expected. was a tad cool, but we like it that way! location was fair, and convenient so long as you don't mind a little walk. en-suite bathroom was a little on the small side and a little slightly shabby but perfectly serviceable. free wifi mostly worked, they were trying to make it better.... I stayed here with my husband and 3 young children for 4 nights.We had a spacious family room. Kathy and family were really friendly and helpful which made us feel relaxed and happy. The breakfast was excellant with plenty of choice. we had a lovely holiday . Thank you. More

We stayed for two really comfortable days, Kathy and Steve were really accomadating and gave us a warm welcome, the breakfasts were ample and cooked fresh, our room was spacious and clean, we would recommend a stay at this hotel, and we will return again some day. More
