We went to the I.O;W with Alfa coach tours, the hotel was nothing spectacular but clean and functional. The food was very good, my wife is a fussy eater and apart from one day always found something to eat that she enjoyed. Parts of the hotel could do with a bit of updating, but I think you must take into... More

Just returned from a 5-day break with Alfa. Comfy hotel, though the decor was a little tired, lovely friendly staff, great meals, good evening entertainment. For the price my friend and I paid we got great value. We'll definitely be back next year. More

My Husband and myself stayed at The Bayshore Hotel, Isle of Wight with Alfa Coach Travel 24th to 28th Oct 2011. The staff were lovely and could not do enough for you. The Hotel was clean, but was badly in need of up dating, with new carpets, decor and bed linen. We supposedly had a sea view, but with the... More

Just returned from a 4 night stay at The Bayshore Hotel with Alpha.I have to agree that the hotel is certainly in need of refurbishment but to be honest, for the money,it was an amazingly good place to stay. The staff were polite and friendly, any complaints were dealt with promptly, the food and service in the restaurant was very good, the rooms were clean... Had a 4 day break here with Alfa coach holidays. this hotel is badly in need of redecorating. paper peeling off some walls and ceilings, rooms are rather dingy and definitely in need of some TLC. The food was acceptable and hot but sometimes breakfasts were a bit overcooked, i.e hard fried eggs and fried bread that could have knocked... More

Been to this hotel before, and found it OK but this time we had a room that had very little natural light, dingy yard to look on,{in fact I think it was a flat canvas covered roof} fire escape, and people able to stand on fire escape to smoke, this meant we had to keep curtains closed so no one... I would have to admit that the hotel is a little dated but that being said we were going for a relaxing holiday. The plus parts of the hotel were it was right on the beach front. The service at the tables was excellent. The menu variety was good to excellent and the food was always hot and cooked correctly... More

The Bayshore Hotel was very good and in an excellent position on the sea front. We had a nice view of the English Channel and the pier. The room was big and the shower excellent. As a vegitarian i was impressed with the selection of dishes i could have. the only downside to this holiday and the reason i did... More
