“Wonderful apartments!”

We have been to the Isle of Wight every August bank holiday for the last 16 years and this is the nicest cleanest accommodation we have stayed in. Very friendly and kind owners Mr & Mrs Patel. Couldn't agree more with the last review. We too have been here before under the previous owners and could find no fault..just praise. However,standards are now slipping away under the new owners who don't seem to really care about maintaining high standards...or indeed about their customers.Its the 'little' things that add up to a problem...Toilet cistern handle obviously broken, lock... More

“Great location...disappointing apartments.”

We have been coming to the Royal Court Garden Apartments for the last 4 years. In the past, I would not have hesitated to recommend it. However, with the change in ownership last year, it is clear that they are not putting any effort into maintaining the apartments. They are riddled with ants (both ground level and 1st floor!) and...
