If you aren't staying you are absolutely treated as being second rate. Last time I played here we were treated warmly, had a great lunch up stairs and a tour of the cottages. We popped in for lunch at the Kauri Cliffs and they were fantastic. Prior booked table for lunch and they went out of there way to organize everything. If you want romance, good food and location...this is the place to be.

Kauri Cliffs is off the beaten track but well worth the journey. One of the most perfect experiences I have had travelling recently! The room, staff, food, golf were all beyond expectations.
