Arrived Saturday 1.45 and was greeted by a nice young lady (who was on her day off) who showed us to our room as the manager had popped out. Room nice and clean although bathroom mirror next to useless if your over 4ft tall! We tried the bar but asking for a bottle of Pinot grigio proved to be difficult??... More

Hi we always strive to achieve customer satisfaction. Although we have only been open 8 months we have a lovely group of "regulars" Unfortunately the evening you attended we only had 1 chef on as the chief chef had his father in law (who brought him up) pass away that day and he was in no condition to work. We... More

I saw a feature in the Sunday newspaper about Shanklin. It also was offering a special deal for the Gracellie Hotel. We decided to give it a go not expecting too much but, wow, we were pleasantly surprised at the hotel. Everything was above average. The rooms were superior.. We had a room overlooking the sea with stunning views. The... More

Got back yesterday from a weekend spent on the Isle of Wight for the first time in 7 years and I have to say that this is without doubt the best hotel we have stayed in on the Island! I dont know what it was like before, but the owner told me that they were in the process of refurbishing... More

Just returned from a weekend staying at the Gracellie Hotel, which has been recently refurbished to a high standard. A fantastic hotel right by the beach, perfect for families. Everyone on our coach enjoyed their stay, the staff are all very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The food was excellent and a good variety of choice for our... More

I looked for days for a Hotel in the Isle of Wight during the Easter Holiday but most Hotels did not like children. I then stumbled across the feedback of the Gracellie in the trip advisor website. We booked two nights and got a triple room. Reservation was easy and Hazel explained everything on the phone. We got a triple... More

A recently refurnished hotel with facilities of a good standard for a great price. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is good within walking distance of the local high street and beach. I hope to get a chance to stay again.

Stayed 3 night at the Gracellie hotel and was very impressed with the staff and the comfort of the hotel. First night with my partner was spent in the friendly bar and then eating in the restaurant. The second day went on the feet looking around the beautiful scenery of the area. Collapsed in the very comfortable bed that night... More

New hotel on the road down to the esplanade. Very lovely rooms and managed to get a sea view room at a very reasonable price. My only complaint is: could have had heated towell rail but the service and quality of the hotel with polite and friendly staff was excellent and the value fantastic. recommended to business and holiday makers...
