We stayed here for one nite in the four poster bed with champagne but wish we stayed for 2 or more. very clean room with a sea view .dave and Jen were very welcoming and friendly,breakfast was good and would return here again.recommend this guest house to anyone brilliant stay!!

Offered tea & biscuits before we even checked in ! Friendly staff. Lovely clean and comfortable room, good bed too. The cooked breakfast was great also available were cornflakes, yoghurts & fruit etc ... Good internet connection. Few minutes walk to town, beach, pubs, pier & cinema, brilliant location. Not modern but very good for the price. We would return.

Been going here for a few years now, welcome always excellent, good, clean accommodation and very hearty breakfast with lots of choice. Locality couldnt be better for the town, the nightlife, entertainment and the beach.

very good location, close to sea front, town, train station etc. Very comfortable rooms. Best breakfast ever! David and Jen are wonderful hosts. Visited many times, as have my parents and also had friends visit too.
