Just returned from a Mon-Fri DBB break that I booked for my grandmother's 70th birthday present. Would definitely recommend this hotel, it was spotlessly clean, the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient, the food in the restaurant was beautiful especially the desserts!! The entertainment was fab too - a really good mix for young and old alike. Overall couldn't have... More

I bo oked the queens to give my wife a surprise birthday treat for the weekend. We have stayed at the Queens many times over the years so we knew what to expect. The special offer of £29 per person per night included breakfast,5 course dinner and entertainment. The recent reviews said it all as for quality and value you... More

If there was anything negative about this hotel I would write it but there isn't!!! Took my aged parents here for the Christmas Eve 4 night break, - fantastic welcome, immaculate rooms, highest quality food, silver service waiters, beautiful decorations, attentive polite staff at all times, excellent entertainment(magicians, comedians and singers) - I wanted to spend some quality time with... We went here for a 4 day break and were impressed with the whole deal and value-room comfortable, although water pressure rather low as on top floor, and lift rather small but functioning. The food was really nice, good selection and quantity and the service was really great- manager was always around, staff friendly and welcoming. Swimming pool was nice... More

We spent our latest holiday here in Sept for a week, our 2nd visit this year - taking mother - her 1st visit. We requested specific rooms at time of booking, and were delighted with them, especially being put close together. We also asked for the tv to be changed in mother`s room to one with teletext as she is... More

Have just spent Friday to Monday in the hotel with a coach party. Enjoyed very comfortable room at front of hotel with very hot water whenever it was needed. Very little sound from other guests. Heard seagulls early in the morning through open windows to confirm we were at the seaside! From the moment we arrived until our departure the... More

Stayed for 2 weeks half board in August. Booked holiday in May and had my room allocated in advance as wanted a bath. Wonderful room, quiet, spacious, everything i had asked for. Reception staff very helpful. Restaurant staff excellent - great service, food delicious, nothing too much trouble for a fussy 7 year old. Excellent location, car hardly moved from... More
