We have just returned from a marvellous weeks holiday, our fouth in five years at the Sea Spray, and we are already planning the next. had a fab time with ian and pauline very clean with a big room and even bigger breakfast.can wait to go back.had the best holiday in devon at the sea spray.the sea spray in very close to shops beach just 2 mins from .the beach 5mins from the shops ,ian has got a wellstocked bar untill my husband and 6... had a brilliant stay ian and pauline always make us welcome breakfast is the best and always have a laugh wish we could of stayed longer we go at least once a year sometimes twice bar is well stocked rooms are very clean and comfy

Just came back from down Paignton again as we do every year, and Ian and Pauline never disappoint !! From arriving, Ian and Pauline made us so very welcome. Excellent yet again with fantastic company as per usual! Ian and Pauline are brilliant hosts and made our stay even more memorable. Breakfast was lush as was the banter with our host! Ian and Pauline do their utmost to make our stay the best

“THE ONLY PLACE TO STAY IN PAIGNTON SIMPLE AS THAT!!”

Stayed for a long weekend as we do at least once a year...sometimes twice if we can....wish it was once a month! What can i say....the hosts, Ian and Pauline..nothing is too much trouble at all, always having a laugh and joke with everybody, very homely and welcoming from the moment you walk in the front door. Had a wonderful stay at the Seaspray. It was my husband,s 80th birthday and he said it was the best he ever had !!!. Ian and Pauline are great hosts. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The bedrooms so very comfortable and the breakfasts were lovely and filling. Location just great. An hotel would gladly return to.

Good value for money with excellent staff willing to go the extra mile to please. Breakfast is usually from 8am to 9am but I needed to leave the hotel at 8am so they gave me an earlier breakfast at 7:30am. Ian also recommended some good eating places for vegetarians which I appreciated.

Nice people, lovely food very clean, nice and close to everything.close to brixham and torquay, lovely coast line, plenty to do for children, nice shopping area. Pubs bars and clubs. Great night life.

Enjoyed my stay at sea spray house. Staff are friendly. could see a bit of the sea from the room. Would stay there again. Nice big room for a family of four. A little walk to the beach it was cold but who cares. We had fun. It is february.
