It is a little bit small room but nice, charming, lovely rooms. The newly decorated ensuite room is very comfortable. Owners are friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel truly welcome in their home. We was relaxed and the Breakfast cooked by Charlotte was excellent - especially the fresh waffles with maple syrup, toast, fresh smoothies and coffee. 15 minutes... More

very friendly nothing too much trouble, ideal for disabled as ground floor room, very clean rooms and excellent breakfast, ideal for kids. would highley recommend, good value for money

Having stayed at many hotels and guest houses around the county and world I found the Barclay Guest House in Paignton one of the best.
