Must echo what John C has said. Our room was all one could wish for, and much more beside. The attention to detail paid by Gillian and Paul shows in every aspect of ones stay; from the obvious care taken over the preperation of ones room, to the individually prepared breakfasts ensuring the guest has exactly the start to the... Have just had my second stay with Gillian & Paul, this time with my wife and four friends. Yet again, their hospitality and friendship shines through. They both worked together to make our stay perfect, and it was. We enjoy the fun laughter and of course, the after dinner drinks in the bar. For those who have not stayed here... More

Gillian and Paul are perfect hosts and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are exceptionally clean and in very good decorative order, and very comfortable. In your room you will find information on places to visit in Torbay, and Gillian or Paul will help if you need any advice. Breakfast is a real treat, basically because the couple offer... More

My boyfriend and I stayed three nights at this B&B in October. Gillian and Paul were perfect hosts - very welcoming, helpful and extremely informative about the surrounding area. No request was too much and they went out of their way to help us find everything from good restaurants and interesting attractions to bus routes for anywhere we wanted to... More

I stayed here on my own while on a course but would gladly bring my girlfriend next time. The owners are friendly and helpful and the place is spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The location's even perfect: A two minute walk to the coast road or ten minutes to the town centre, the most... More

Very clean and friendly. Rooms cleaned everyday, tea, coffee biscuits, shower gels, shampoo replaced daily. Plenty to eat at breakfast. Good selection of board games for kids to play whilst you enjoy a drink. Near to shops, beach, pubs etc. I would highly recommend this hotel. Cant fault it at all
