I have stayed twice with no problems at all - clean rooms and comfy bed, free wifi. Lots of door to navigate and I usually have lots of luggage so would recommend ground floor to people. Staff are generally pleasant and there is a nearby Tesco - 5 mins away highly recommended Indian restaurant, India Lounge

Booked from internet package deal, we only live about 3 miles from hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, our room (408) was clean comfortable and spacious, bed and pillows also comfortable.
