Having just spent 5 nights at The Lodge I can honestly say "Do not touch it with a barge pole"! No service whatsoever. No breakfast - no hot water in my room - charged for everything that you might expect as standard!

The Lodge is possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. The cost, which isn't cheap, does not reflect the dirtiness of the rooms and lack of any semblence of customer service.
